使用特性
1)电缆导体的长期允许工作温度:聚氯乙烯绝缘为70℃,电缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃。
2)敷设安装允许弯曲半径:
a 无铠装层的电缆,应不小于电缆外径的6倍;
b 有铠装或钢带屏蔽结构的电缆,应不小于电缆外径的12倍;
C 有屏蔽层结构的软电缆,应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
产品性能
1)导电线芯分为三种:第一种(A),第二种(B)适用于固定敷设(第一种是实芯导体,第二种是绞合导体);第三种(R)是绞合软导体,适用于移动要求的软电缆。
2)导体结构及直流电阻应符合表1规定。
3)绝缘线芯识别可采用颜色标志或数字标志,绝缘厚度及绝缘电阻应符合表2规定。
4)绝缘线芯应经受工频火花,试验电压有效值为6KV。
5)电缆能经受交流50HZ、3000V,5min的耐压试验。
